Little Thakeham is a style of Arts and Crafts, a Grade I private home listed in Thakeham parish, near the village of Storrington, in the Horsham district of West Sussex, England. Designed by architect Edwin Lutyens in 1902, the house was one of the first in which Lutyens mixed neoclassical architecture into its previous vernacular style. The outside of the house is vernacular, but the interior has classic features, especially in the large hall. The garden, also designed by Lutyens, is Grade II * listed in the National Parks and Botanical Gardens List.

Lutyens's client is Ernest Blackburn, the former headmaster of a preparatory school in Southborough, Kent, who has retired for receiving a legacy from his father, a wine merchant. His main interest is gardening. Over 1901-2 he made a series of land purchases, created a plantation of 130 acres (53 hectares), and devoted himself to rearranging it. He commissioned architect F. Hatchard Smith to build a house on the site, but in April 1902 Blackburn was dissatisfied with a half-built brick villa. He brings Lutyens, who advises him to destroy him, which he does. Done in 1903, the 12,480 sf house is considered one of Lutyens' best private homes. Arranged in the form of H using only locally mined stones, the exterior was quickly weathered to give this house in the 16th century, the Cotswolds manor look. It consists of two floors plus an attic, with two wings. The center bar H runs from west to east, and contains a hall facing south. Further east, continuing the center line bar, is an additional wing, originally a service venue, containing the only remaining wall of the destroyed Hatchard Smith villa. The southern part, the front garden of the house has four gables, one on each wing and two in the middle; in the center is a two-tiered, moldy, polygonal bay window. To the north, the front entrance of the house has a central terrace that gives access to the east-west corridor, to the south is the main staircase and the two-story hall, separated by a stone screen. The hall is illuminated through a classic arch in a two-story niche window. The ground floor of the hall is lined with classically decorated stone, with plaster walls on top, and overlooked by wrought iron balconies.
In 2013 the house sold for  £ 5.5 million.

To the south from the front of the garden there are three declining terraces, supported by a retaining wall. The upper terrace contains a rose garden. To the east there is a lily pond and a water park. The third terrace is the main page. On its western side, a large oak pergola on a bank project raised from the second terrace. There is also a Grade II registered garden house, originally a coach house with stables, designed by Lutyens.
The gardens are surrounded by apple orchards, pears and cherries.
