Ernie Boch Jr. , born in 1958, is the CEO, president and spokeswoman of Boch Enterprises, a $ 1 billion business consisting mainly of car dealerships in Norwood, Massachusetts. Ernie Boch Jr inherited car sales and service business started by his grandfather Andrew Boch, who started the family business in 1945 by purchasing Nash Motors franchise in Norwood, Massachusetts.
Andrew's son, Ernie Boch Sr., built Norwood's operations into the top-rated Rambler dealer in the country in the early 1960s. This is achieved on the strength of his drive and often "weird" television ads with his slogan for anyone showing a new or used car without Boch's mini-sticker on the window: "ask for that key of your car, my name is Ernie Boch." Later on, Boch started using Northeast Airlines tag "Come on down!" which airlines use to promote travel to Florida before a merger with Delta Airlines. Ernie Boch Jr.'s Father also largely credited with bringing the concept of "Automile" to Route 1 US in Norwood. With this concept, a large group of competing auto dealers joins together to publish "Automile" as a shopping center for cars. Boch was founded in 2005 "Music Drives Us", a regional project that supports music in New England. The three focuses are music preservation, music education, and music awareness.

Boch has formed the band, Ernie and the Automatics. Ernie and the Automatics album Low Expectations was on the Billboard 'Top Blues Album chart for six weeks, debuting at # 7. He graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, and previously sitting on the College Board of Supervisors.
Boch appeared on the TV show, The Phantom Gourmet . On September 8, 2007 he became guest judge for the division of division in King Richard's Faire, along with Sib Hashian drummer. He appears on the WLVI-TV Creature Double Feature which plays "The Ghoul".
Boch has appeared on three episodes of Rescue Me, "Black," "Animal" and "Satisfaction" as Captain Bernard, NYPD hockey team coach.

Support for Donald Trump/Comment on "hookup"
Boch drew the attention of negative social media when he appeared on CNN to talk about his support for Donald Trump's campaign for the US presidency, comparing his support of the candidate to pick a drunk girl at a bar to go home together at the end of the night saying "It's 2 am and there are several girl in the bar, you have to go home with one of them. " Later in the conversation, the billionaire recounted out of the ticket by voicing his support to Trump to a police officer.
Women in car sales
In a 2003 interview with The Boston Globe , in response to the question, "Why are not many women selling cars?" Boch replied, "They do not apply, they are intimidated by industry, totally male-dominated."
