Corus Quay , originally called First Waterfront Place, is an eight-story commercial office tower located on a 2.5-hectare seaside site in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Building CA $ 160 million is the first major development planned for the East Bayfront district, and the construction is completed at the foot of Jarvis Street. Corus Quay is Corus Entertainment's new headquarters in Toronto, consolidating 10 locations and 1,200 employees on one site. The building is being developed by Toronto Economic Development Corporation (TEDCO), a municipal institution. Funding for the project comes from TEDCO's equity, municipal loan and contributing CA $ 12.5 million from a city donated through Waterfront Toronto.

The building is intended to be an important public destination as well as providing various residential and commercial opportunities. No residential or educational facilities could be built near the existing Sugar Redpath plant until the Corus TEDCO building buffered new developments from the old industrial usage. However, many aspects of the project have been mired in controversy.

Corus Quay is located near the site of Waterside Sports Tennis Club, which is looking for a new "waterside" location. But since neither the city nor the Waterfront Toronto found alternative sites, Waterside Sports had to be closed and out of business.

In addition to Corus's business operations, the facility also hosts the company's radio and television operations in Toronto, including CFMJ radio station studios, CFNY-FM and CILQ-FM, and secondary studios for Global Toronto and Global The Morning Show, late 2016.

TEDCO's development achieves LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold status for environmental sustainability of the project. The LEED scoring system recognizes leading buildings that incorporate design, construction, and operational practices that combine healthy, high quality and high performance excellence by reducing environmental impact.

In addition, the TEDCO Corus Quay building will have several green roof areas, large five-story green living walls, 100 bicycle parking spaces, on-site AutoShare hybrid vehicles and public art installations made by award-winning US artists Troika.
